YOUR ACCOUNT

Find your next step when something stalls

Resolve common account, saving, access, notification, and data questions.

I signed in, but my work is missing

Check the exact email address you used. A different email creates a separate private account. Clear task or plan filters, check favorites versus the full plan library, and look in Archive or Trash where relevant.

For shared work, check that you accepted the invitation using its intended account. A link alone does not provide access, and an owner may have changed your permissions.

An edit is pending or a preview is stale

Keep the page and local draft available while you check the connection. Wait for a saved state or use the displayed retry control. Refreshing or clearing storage can put unsynced input at risk.

A conflict means the saved work has changed since you read it. Review the current version and your intended edit. Generate a fresh preview when a task, plan, calendar, or access change has made the old one stale.

A notification or attachment is unavailable

Email, browser, and device notifications are unavailable during this founders beta. Check in-app Inbox for updates and invitations while you use the app. Email is used for sign-in and account security.

For a file, distinguish uploading, scanning, ready, blocked, and failed states. Retry the relevant failed step and read any size or type limit shown by the app.

Ask for help with useful context

Use Support on the main website. Include the screen name, what you were trying to do, the visible error, and whether the app showed a saved or pending state.

Share a minimal example and remove private task content, personal information, sign-in codes, and tool tokens from screenshots. The public Privacy and Account deletion pages explain the current published guidance for those requests.
