WORKING TOGETHER

Start from work you already know

Use a template or copy a plan while choosing what carries over.

Choose a planning template

Open Templates to find a starting structure for repeated kinds of work. Review what the template includes before creating your plan, then rename it and adjust its tasks to fit your project.

Templates give you reusable structure. New work receives its own identity, and the plan starts with the access you explicitly choose.

Copy a plan with a preview

Copy is useful when an existing plan is close to what you need. Review the options for dates, assignments, labels, notes, checklist, files, and completion state.

Discussion and activity are excluded by default. An owner may have an option to include a labeled historical appendix. Sharing grants are not silently copied.

Share a reusable structure

An authorized plan owner or plan editor can publish a template privately or to named people. Templates leave out chat and sharing grants.

Check the content before sharing a template. Reusable notes and attachments can still contain information specific to the project you started from.

KEEP EXPLORING
