Current access is controlled testing
The public website and its sample plan are available to explore. Hosted app access is limited to testing. Existing testers can sign in at app.roomtoplan.com using their testing account. Creating and editing during the small founders beta requires confirmed testing access; sign-in alone does not reserve a founder place.
These guides describe the web test build and the product’s documented behavior. A screen or feature described here may be part of an update still in testing. The main website’s Beta status page is the source for access announcements.
Planned trial and subscription
The planned web offer is one subscription per person, at $8 per month or $80 per year in USD. Monthly and annual billing are intended to include the same planning tools. A 14-day, card-free web trial is planned after verified sign-in and short setup.
The trial and paid subscriptions are not available yet. Existing beta accounts keep their current testing access until an explicit paid transition. The pricing page will carry the current terms and tax details before paid launch.
Native apps and notification delivery
A separate native iPhone and iPad app is in development. Source and simulator work do not establish TestFlight, physical-device, or App Store availability. Distribution will be announced on the beta page.
Email, browser, and device notifications are unavailable during this founders beta. Updates and invitations appear in Inbox while you use the app; email is used for sign-in and account security. Capacity and recovery qualification also have release gates.
