Look across plans and report on progress

Use plan sets, roadmaps, Insights, and saved reports with the right context.

Bring related plans into a set

A plan set groups references to plans so you can review related work together. A roadmap can show selected milestones across those plans.

Access to the set does not grant access to its referenced plans. Sharing a set and selected plans is a separate explicit action. You continue to see only the plan content your current permissions allow.

Read the explanation behind a number

Insights and reports include calculation context, such as scope, revision, and the time the result represents. Use the accompanying task data and text or table equivalents to understand a chart.

Health can be calculated or entered. Check which method is being used. Unknown, unestimated, and unmeasured values identify missing information.

Save a report and add your notes

Save a report you want to return to and write your own notes about what it means. Reports continue to respect current access when they are opened.

A report’s scope can differ from the view you last used. Check filters and included plans before comparing totals or sharing your conclusions.

KEEP EXPLORING

Share only what you chooseUnderstand task sharing, plan membership, roles, invitations, and access removal.
Connect tasks to outcomes and cyclesTrack an outcome and plan a bounded period of delivery.
Understand effort and available capacityLook at assignments, estimates, and working hours without guessing at missing data.
